Empowering Awareness, Transforming Communities

At the Missouri Organization for Registration Education Inc. (MORE), we are dedicated to reshaping the public's perception of sexual offenses through research-driven education and outreach. Based in Pevely, MO, we strive to illuminate the environments where sexual harm predominantly occurs, empowering communities to adopt prevention strategies rooted in fact, rather than fear. Our mission is to equip citizens and policymakers with accurate information to pave the path toward meaningful change and a safer society for all.

Meet Our Team

Dedicated professionals committed to education and advocacy in sexual offense awareness.

Vicki — Founder & President

Vicki has over a decade of experience in advocacy and public education focused on sexual offense policy and prevention. After leading a national organization for 12 years, she returned to Missouri in 2023 to continue her work through community education and outreach.

Today, Vicki leads MORE with a clear goal: educate the public about where most offenses actually occur and promote solutions that protect families and communities.

Mike — Treasurer

Now a Volunteer Fire Fighter, Mike served in the Army National Guard for 26 years. Like many registrants, Mike went through the long process of education on the registry and experiencing a violation (not related to his conviction), but yet directly impacted his job, home, and life. And for what purpose?

Mike is no longer required register and shares a message of hope for current registrants to stand up and educate the public.

Mel — Advocacy

Having a loved one forced to register, Mel is sympathetic to the challenges faced by registrants.  She has been involved with this cause for almost 10 years and will continue to fight to change things for the better of all.

Jay — Media & Communications

Jay is a media and marketing professional with extensive business experience. He brings a strong understanding of messaging, public engagement, and communications strategy.

Having personally experienced the impact of unconstitutional and invasive requirements, Jay is committed to fostering informed dialogue and helping reshape public understanding of this complex and often misunderstood issue.
